New Java client

We are currently picking a new Java IRC client interface for the general
use. So far we have picked up JWIRC, which looks promising.

IRCd and Services changed

We have changed our ircd and services. We are now running Charybdis IRCd and Atheme services. IRCd and services related help will be posted soon.

New server - us.ircworld.org

We welcome our newest server - us.ircworld.org and it’s admin jerrcs. Clients from the US and Canda can now use a server that is closer to them.

Expansion
